		<description><![CDATA[The Graphic Describer Project was launched as part of the Duke of York’s 100th Birthday celebrations in 2010 by Cinecity.

Towards the end of 2007 the Duke of York’s launched an appeal. The roof was badly in need of repair and being part of a listed building meant it would not be cheap.
